Azalea EHR 4.0 Drummond Certified - ONC Health IT Certification Program
Azalea Health’s Azalea EHR version 4.0 was ONC Health IT certified under Drummond Group’s Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program on 12/27/22. Drummond Group’s ONC-ACB certification program certifies that EHRs meet the Promoting Interoperability Program criteria for either eligible provider or hospital technology. In turn, healthcare providers using the EHR systems of certified vendors are eligible to receive federal stimulus monies upon demonstrating meaningful use of the technology. Because the Azalea solution is cloud-based and compliant, our customers don’t have to worry about upgrading to a new version.

As part of the Conditions and Maintenance of Certification introduced with the 21st Century Cures Act Final Rule, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) adopted an annual requirement for developers of certified health IT to demonstrate the successful interoperability of their certified software in real world use. Real World Testing is demonstrated through annual Real World Testing plans that outline how the certified developer will demonstrate successful functionality for each applicable certified capability. Azalea EHR supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) utilizing industry-recognized standards for certain use cases. Please click below for documentation outlining those use cases.
