Baha A. Zeidan is a co-founder and CEO of Azalea Health Innovations, Inc. Baha is responsible for providing the strategic direction for Azalea Health Innovations, Inc. as well as collaborating with his partners and co-founders (Doug Swords, CFO and Dan Henry, CIO) on the day-to-day operations of the company.
Baha's previous work experience was in medical laboratory information technology management. Throughout his career, Baha has managed large networks with hundreds of users. Baha has experience leading IT support teams and spearheading projects that have added tremendous value to companies by improving the organization's productivity, data accessibility, and network security. Baha's experience in healthcare information technology includes designing systems that interface Medical Laboratory Information Systems with a wide range of physician's Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management Systems.
Baha is a Valdosta State University graduate with a BS in Computer Science, and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Information Technology Management with focus on Healthcare Information Technology Management. He is a member of the Lowndes County-Valdosta Chamber's Federal Legislative Committee, championing the Electronic Health Records initiative. He is also an active member of MetroOne, an organization for Valdosta's young professionals. In 2008, Baha received the GOLD (Graduate of the Last Decade) Alumni Award from Valdosta State University for demonstrating professional achievements and exceptional community service.

Douglas Swords Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer dswords@azaleahealth.com
Doug Swords is Azalea Health's Chief Financial Officer. Doug earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University majoring in Finance. Douglas has seven years of experience in financial operations, management, revenue analysis, medical billing and accounts receivable in the healthcare industry. Along with CIO, Dan Henry, Doug helped design and develop AHI's proprietary billing software. Douglas is a member of the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC), South Georgia Medical Managers Group (SGMMG), and the National Electronic Billers Alliance (NEBA). Through NEBA, Doug became a Certified Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist.
At Azalea Health, Doug is applying his extensive knowledge and experience to assist our clients by providing superior medical finance products and services to help them in their day to day operations. Recently, Douglas received the GOLD (Graduate of the Last Decade) Alumni Award from Valdosta State University. Douglas is also an active member in the Valdosta community, serving as a Board Member of the Greater Valdosta United Way as well as the MetroOne Valdosta organization for young professionals.

Dan Henry Co-founder and Chief Information Officer dhenry@azaleahealth.com
Dan Henry is a co-founder and Chief Information Officer of Azalea Health Innovations, Inc. Dan graduated from Valdosta State University with a BS in Computer Science degree. Dan is responsible for the IT infrastructure of Azalea Health and has over 7 years experience building state-of-the-art web applications, specializing in web based portals for hospitals and medical laboratories.
Dan is fluent in many different programming languages and prefers the open source philosophy to proprietary technologies. In 2008, Dan received the GOLD (Graduate o f the Last Decade) Alumni Award from Valdosta State University.

Michelle Hodges is the operations manager for the Savannah, Georgia satellite office. Michelle works to give Azalea Health a strong presence in the coastal region through sales and customer relations, as well as handling medical billing responsibilities for various clients. She joined Azalea Health Innovations in January 2009 as a medical billing specialist, dealing with all aspects of healthcare accounts receivable, and has since worked her way into opening and managing the newest Azalea Health satellite office in Savannah.
Michelle graduated from Valdosta State University Magna Cum Laude in May 2010 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a degree in Finance.
Michelle also is a member of the AAPC, and is working towards becoming a CPC.

Mark Poole is a Senior Support Manager and Project Manager at Azalea Health Innovations, Inc. Mark has been working in Information Technology for several years in the areas of network support, desktop & PC support, and software support, & training. He is responsible for the support operations at Azalea Health Innovations, which includes providing on-site support and phone support to AHI's clients related to Azalea LabHub, Azalea QuickBill and IT support. The support operations department also provides Azalea Health's clients with training of AHI's services and solutions.
Mark has attended Valdosta State University and is completing his bachelor's degree in Technical Management through Devry University. Mark's previous work experience includes working in desktop support and training, which enabled him to gain valuable experience working with customers to solve computer, printing, and network problems via phone and remote access support. Mark also has several years of experience working in network administration maintaining networks that range from a few computers to hundreds and locations spanning multiple states.

Ashley joined Azalea Health Innovations in July 2009. Her main focus is building and maintaining relationships between the healthcare community and Azalea Health. She also provides education and training for all AHI clients to ensure successful implementation of their products. Ashley graduated from Valdosta State University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a degree in Management.

Thomas P. Amiot is a Revenue Cycle Manager with Azalea Health Innovations. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Valdosta State University with a BBA in Finance. At VSU, he was awarded the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award as the top graduate from the Langdale College of Business Administration.
Thomas joined the AHI team in August 2009 and is responsible for medical practice and internal financial data analysis, human resource management, maintaining current billing procedures, credentialing, and assisting with training clients on AHI's software products.
Thomas is a student member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and is currently pursuing his Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Medical Coding Certification through the AAPC. He is also an alumni member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
