Baha A. Zeidan is a co-founder and CEO of Azalea Health. Baha is the visionary and is responsible for providing the strategic direction for the company. He also collaborates with his partners and other operating staff on a daily basis to ensure all aspects of Azalea Health are communicating effectively and running smoothly.

Baha is a Valdosta State University graduate with a BS in Computer Science, and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Information Technology Management with focus on Healthcare Information Technology Management. In 2008, Baha received the GOLD Award (Graduate of the Last Decade) Alumni Award from Valdosta State University for demonstrating professional achievements and exceptional community service. He is currently a board member of the Lowndes County-Valdosta Chamber and the Central Valdosta Development Authority, and serves as an advisor for Wiregrass Technical College for the HIT program. Baha is also a member of Technology Association of Georgia and a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives.

Douglas Swords, CFO: Doug Swords is Azalea Health's Chief Financial Officer. Doug earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University majoring in Finance. Douglas has ten years of experience in financial operations, management, and revenue cycle management and analysis in the healthcare industry. Doug was responsible for building and maintaining Azalea's very successful Revenue Cycle Management operation in addition to working closely with CIO Dan Henry to develop Azalea's proprietary practice management software Azalea? PM. Douglas is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA), and the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Recently, Douglas received the GOLD (Graduate of the Last Decade) Alumni Award from Valdosta State University. Douglas is also an active member in the Valdosta community, serving on the HIT Advisory Board for Wiregrass Technical College, the Board of the Greater Valdosta United Way as well as the MetroOne Valdosta organization for young professionals.

Dan Henry, CIO: Dan Henry is a co-founder and Chief Information Officer of Azalea Health. Dan graduated from Valdosta State University with a BS in Computer Science degree. Dan is responsible for the IT infrastructure of Azalea Health and has over 10 years experience building state-of-the-art web applications, specializing in web based portals for hospitals and medical laboratories. Dan is also the lead developer of the Azalea℠ EHR Electronic Health Records systems, Azalea℠ PM Practice Management systems, Azalea℠ Pre-Cert Precertification services, Azalea LabHub℠ Laboratory Ordering and Resulting system, & Azalea℠ DrugWare.

Dan is fluent in many different programming languages and prefers the open source philosophy to proprietary technologies. In 2008 Dan received the GOLD (Graduate of the Last Decade) Alumni Award from Valdosta State University.

Tammy Strojny is the Office Manager of Azalea Health's Savannah, GA branch. She has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working for Medicare in data analysis, medical review, and provider enrollment. Tammy is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and is currently pursuing her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Medical Coding Certification through the AAPC. Tammy joined the Azalea Health team in September 2011.

Mark Poole is a Senior Support Manager and Project Manager at Azalea Health. Mark has been working in Information Technology for several years in the areas of network administration, desktop support, software support, and client training. He is responsible for the support operations at Azalea Health, which include: providing on-site support and remote support to Azalea's clients related to Azalea LabHub, Azalea Practice Management and IT support. The support operations department also provides Azalea Health's clients with training of Azalea's services and solutions.

Mark's previous work experience includes working in desktop support and training, which enabled him to gain valuable experience working with customers to solve computer, printing, and network problems via phone and remote access support. Mark also has several years of experience working in network administration maintaining networks that range from a few computers to hundreds of computers with locations spanning multiple states. Mark graduated from Devry University with a bachelor's degree in Technical Management.

Ashley Alday is Azalea Health's Client Relations Manager. She graduated from Valdosta State University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a degree in Management. Ashley joined Azalea Health in July 2009. Her primary focus is building and maintaining relationships between Azalea Health and its clients. Ashley works to effectively communicate its clients' needs and recommend the proper strategies to the Azalea Health team in order to meet those needs. Ashley also provides training and education to all Azalea clients, and serves as a critical go to person in order to ensure successful implementation of its products and services.

Thom Amiot is Azalea Health's Operations Manager. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Valdosta State University with a B.B.A. in Finance. At VSU, he was awarded the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award as the top graduate from the Langdale College of Business Administration in 2010.

Thom joined the Azalea Health team in August 2009 as a Medical Billing Specialist while pursuing his Finance degree at Valdosta State University, and transitioned into a new role as a Revenue Cycle Manager upon graduation. As Azalea's Operations Manager, Thom is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, directing human resource management and policy, and providing assistance and guidance with Azalea's Revenue Cycle Management service. Thom is a student member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and is an alumni member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
